Mr. Jasbir Singh Marjara is a distinguished legal and governance professional, having qualified as a Company Secretary (India) in a single attempt, and as a Chartered Governance Professional and Chartered Secretary from The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI/ICSA), London. He is also a qualified Lawyer, holding an LL.B. from Vijay Singh Pathik College, Meerut University, and a B.Com from the University of Delhi.

With extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, Mr. Marjara has held key positions in reputed organizations. He is currently serving as Legal Manager at Digilife Technologies (SGX Listed), HCL Capital Pvt. Ltd., and previously worked as Assistant Manager – Legal and Secretarial from September 2020 to June 2022.
